DO YOU HAVE A SHOP FRONT?
Unfortunately we do not. We are an online store only and do not have a shopfront at this stage.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments made by PayPal, Bank Deposits, AfterPay and Zippay. Once you place an order through checkout, you will be prompted to complete your order via one of these payment methods.
CAN I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Yes absolutely! Providing we have not already despatched your order, you are welcome to add to an existing order that you have previously placed! At checkout please select the “Add to Existing Order”.
Please note that there is an order fee of $1.00 on each “Add to Existing Order” orders
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We are based in Brisbane, Australia. If you are local and would like to pickup, please contact us prior to placing your order to make the appropriate arrangements.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you have ordered a fashion accessory through Petite Bubblegum Bling, please allow 5-7 business days to create your order plus shipping time on top. For bubblegum beads through Petite Bootique Supplies, if all the items are in stock we aim to pack and dispatch orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the orders. If some items are preordered items, your order will be held and sent when all items are in stock.
DO YOU POST ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently post to Australia and New Zealand, and will hopefully expand to other countries soon. If you are based in New Zealand, please contact us prior to ordering so we can give you an accurate shipping quote.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Any orders that have not been despatched can be cancelled and refunded. However, if the payment method for the original transaction was either AfterPay or ZipPay then an administration fee will be incurred at 7% of the total of the original transaction.
